TTAI manufactures stamped and welded automotive structural components including radiator supports, center body pillars, cross members, dash panels, lower arms, and brake pedals.
This project included a building addition for two new hot press lines, modifications to (8) existing truck docks, (6) new truck docks, and a small warehouse expansion. Parsons provided design/build services, preparing all construction drawings and installation of the electrical systems.
A power distribution panel and miscellaneous power panel for the Die Shop Addition were added. Branch circuits to large roof top packaged air conditioning units, bridge crane, overhead doors, and general use receptacles were also provided.
Lighting systems included 4- and 8-lamp T5 high output fluorescent high bay fixtures, each equipped with a wireless communication node to interface with the facility’s existing lighting control system. Exit and egress lighting to meet the building code requirements was also provided. Parsons provided all lighting systems design.
Low voltage systems were expanded into the addition, including fire alarm and access control.
