Parsons Electric has been involved with the Fayette Mall facility during major expansions with the latest one of converting one retail store space of 64,000 sf to twenty retail spaces and adding seven new retail spaces and 43,000 sf.
Two new 3000 amp 277/480 volt services with oil-filled transformers were needed for this facility change complete with primary & secondary services along with several new panelboards for power distribution systems, lighting panels, mechanical equipment panels and receptacle panels.
2,948 light fixtures were required and installed. Several were custom made just for this facility.
85,250 feet of conduit ranging from ¾” to 4” was installed. 359,750 feet of wire was installed.
The existing addressable fire alarm, access control and temperature control systems was expanded into this area.
